Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026 · Placeholder — will be replaced when Nox is operated by a registered company.

1. What Nox is

Nox is a self-hosted, personal trading platform that connects to your own cryptocurrency exchange accounts (currently Bybit) via API keys you provide. Nox automates trading strategies (DCA, Simple DCA, Grid) on your behalf.

The platform is operated by an individual for personal use. It is not provided by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any exchange or broker.

2. Who may use it

3. Your API keys and your funds

4. Trading risk

Cryptocurrency trading, and especially leveraged perpetual futures, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Nox does not guarantee any profit, performance, or outcome. Backtests are simulated and not indicative of future results. You accept full responsibility for all trades executed through the platform, including losses.

5. No investment advice

Nothing in Nox constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The platform is a tool. Any strategy, parameter, or default is not a recommendation.

6. Availability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Downtime, exchange outages, API changes, and connectivity failures may interrupt trading. The operator is not liable for losses caused by unavailability, bugs, or exchange-side failures.

7. Acceptable use

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost funds, arising from your use of the platform. Trading is executed at your own risk.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

11. Contact

Questions: contact the operator directly (contact details will be added here when the platform is operated by a company).
