Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026 · Placeholder — will be replaced when Nox is operated by a registered company.
1. What is stored, and where
Nox is self-hosted: all data lives in your own database on your own server. Nothing is sent to or shared with third parties for analytics, advertising, or profiling.
2. Data collected
- Account data: display name, email, password hash, two-factor authentication secret.
- Exchange API keys: stored encrypted; used only to execute trades and read balances/portfolio on your behalf.
- Trading data: bots, orders, trades, balances, and portfolio snapshots you generate by using the platform.
- Operational logs: worker and error logs on your own server.
3. What is shared
- Exchange API keys are transmitted only to the exchange (Bybit) to authenticate requests. They are never sent anywhere else.
- No data is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Retention and deletion
Data is kept until you delete it or the self-hosted database is removed. Deleting your account or the database removes your personal data permanently.
5. Cookies and sessions
Only the technical session cookies required to keep you signed in are used. No tracking cookies, no third-party trackers.
6. Your rights
You control the server, so you have full access to export, inspect, or erase all data at any time directly from your deployment.
7. Contact
Questions: contact the operator directly (contact details will be added here when the platform is operated by a company).
